I am in control of my emotions.
Negative emotions are not here to stay...
...they are here to go.
I can sense when I am creating negative energy that is leading to a meltdown.
I can short circuit my negative energy and avoid meltdown.
I can find positive distractions that lessen my anxiety.
I choose peace and calm over negative reactions two people, places, and things.
I control my anxiety, it does not control me.
The environment does not control my responses to it.
I am in charge of what I think feel, say, and do.
I choose positivity and relaxation.
I am no longer a victim of anxiety and resultant meltdowns.
My meltdowns were the result of my anxiety...
...not the result of a character flaw.
My anxiety was a trait of my disorder...
...not a trait of my personality.
